Propeller is fastened correctly to the shaft.
Propellers turn freely in the tunnel.
Lower-unit is filled with gearoil.
Oil-drain screw is tightened and the copper seal is present.
The zinc-anode holding screws are tightened well with thread
glue.
Anti-fouling have been applied to the gearhouse and propeller
but NOT on the zincanode or the gearhouse lid where the
propeller is fastened.
Oil tank is fitted above the waterline as required and filled with
gearoil.
The brush springs are fitted correctly on the brushes in the
electomotor (check through the grill around the top end of the
motor).
Correct drive direction as per controlpanel.
All electrical connections are clean, dry and tight, and the
correct cable, fuse and main switch sizes have been used.
Lock screw is tightened in both parts of the flexible coupling.
The bolts holding the gearhouse and motorbracket together
are tightened correctly.
The bolts holding the electromotor to its bracket are tightened
correctly.
The thruster has been installed as per the instructions in this
manual and all points in checklist above have been controlled.

Der Propeller ist korrekt auf der Achse befestigt.
Die Propeller lassen sich frei im Tunnel drehen.
Das Getriebegehäuse ist mit Getriebeöl gefüllt.
Die Ölablaßschraube ist (inkl. Kupferdichtung) angezogen.
Die Befestigungsschrauben der Zinkanode sind mit Locktite
o.ä. versehen und angezogen.
Antifouling ist auf Getriebegehäuse und Propeller aufge-
tragen, NICHT auf Zinkanode oder den Verschluß des
Getriebegehäuses, wo der Propeller anliegt.
Der Vorratsbehälter für das Öl ist oberhalb der Wasserlinie
montiert und wie vorgeschrieben mit Getriebeöl gefüllt.
Die Bürstenfedern sitzen korrekt auf den Bürsten im
Elektromotor (durch das Gitter am oberen Motorende prüfen).
Kontrollpanel und Thruster funktionieren in gleicher Richtung.
Alle elektrischen Verbindungen sind sauber, trocken und fest.
Die richtige Leitungs-, Sicherungs- und Haupschalter-größe
sind verwendet worden.
Die Fixierschrauben der elastischen Kupplung sind in beiden
Teilen festgezogen.
Die Bolzen, die Getriebegehäuse und Motorhalterung
zusammen halten, sind korrekt angezogen.
Die Bolzen, die Elektromotor und Motorhalterung zusammen
halten sind korrekt angezogen.
Der Thruster ist wie in diesem Manual vorgeschrieben installiert
und alle Punkte der obigen Checkliste sind kontrolliert worden.
