Trainer Does Not React
In rare cases, it can happen that a spray trainer ceases to function completely. This can be due
to a circuit board or sensor failure, as well as to an insufficient power supply.
As a first step, please check the charge level of the batteries in both the remote control and trainer
(voltage 6.3 – 6.0V) and replace as needed.

If the trainer remains unresponsive, you are encouraged to send it to us for checking. For
exchanges and repairs we require only the trainer and remote control; accessories such as the
spray and packaging do not need to be included. Upon receiving your device, our specialist
service centre will examine it thoroughly and advise you on further steps to be taken.
Nozzle Is Leaky
The trainer is highly pressurised when full. Whilst this pressure – which is twice as high as that
in a car tyre – enables us to offer a powerful spray performance from a small device, it also
places high levels of stress on all components. It is therefore impossible for leakages from the
nozzle or tank to be repaired by the user at home. If you encounter this problem, please send a
brief email notifying our PetTec Service Team of your complaint. As part of our service, they will
provide you with a replacement device and advise you on any further steps to be taken.

Battery Disposal
In accordance with the Battery Ordinance, we are obligated to inform you as a consumer of the following: it is a legal
requirement that you return your batteries to our sales outlet, to a local collection point or to any other battery supplier.
Batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with a crossed dustbin and with the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb)
for the contained hazardous substance.
