Inspection of the motors - undamaged
Inspection of cables and plugs - undamaged
Inspection of emergency stop, electrical emergency
lowering and raising
Inspection of the castors - attachment, braking
ability and free rolling

JUMBO Care functions
For a safe maintenance, the option JUMBO Care offers five (5) main functions:
1) Service intervals
2) Service information on PC
3) Actuator life time
4) Resetting of service interval
5) Actuator exchange
Checking the Service Light
Note: Each time the hoist is assembled, and before using the hoist, the service light should be
checked.
Initial hoist assembly or assembly within 12 months of use
1. Turn on the hoist.
2. Examine the control box to see if the service light is flashing.
3. Perform one of the following:
A. Service Light is Flashing - The service light needs to be reset.
Locate the handset. Press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons
at the same time for five seconds (1-2).
Note: You will hear a sound when the service light has been reset.
