5. COOKING UTENSILS
Suitable cooking pots:

Double-bottomed ferromagnetic pans (enamel, cast iron or stainless steel) or pans made
of flat-bottomed magnetic induction material with a diameter between 12 and 28 cm (part
in contact with the ceramic plate).

To know if a utensil is ferromagnetic, place magnet on it. If it sticks, the utensil is ferro-
magnetic.

Please refer to the cooking utensil manufacturer to confirm suitability for induction coo-
king.
