Your new ZERO by BE COOL is a safety seat designed to protect your baby in the car from birth
until they are approximately 1 1/2 years old (up to 13 kg in weight).
ZERO has passed the strict safety tests of European Regulation ECE44/04 for the 0+ group.
When it is installed with a 3-point seat belt, ZERO is compatible with the majority of vehicle seats.
However, when the car manufacturer states that car seats can take "Universal" type seats, they
are totally compatible.
You can also use your ZERO with any BE COOL chassis that has the PRO-FIX system.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

In order to protect your baby adequately and to ensure their comfort and stability in the
car, the following instructions must be strictly followed:
Your ZERO safety seat can be installed in both the front seat, if it does not have an airbag,
and in the back seat of your car. Either way, we advise you to install it in the back seat. If you
position it in the front seat of the car, this must NOT have an AIRBAG, or the airbag must be
disconnected.
It is only suitable for cars fitted with three anchoring point automatic belts, approved according
to Regulation ECE-16 or other equivalent rules. DO NOT use with a two anchoring point belt.
Not all safety systems are exactly the same, so we advise that you check your ZERO in the car
in which it is going to be fitted.
It is very important not to use second-hand products, as BE COOL can only guarantee complete
safety with items used by their first buyer.
BE COOL recommends that you replace your ZERO safety seat with a new one if it has been
subjected to violent stresses in an accident.
Check that all the straps are in the correct position and duly adjusted to your ZERO. Make sure
that none of the straps are twisted.
For your baby's proper development, we advise you not to over-use the safety seat in the
seated position on long journeys. Let the baby rest frequently in a Moses basket or bed in the
reclining position.

Your ZERO safety seat has been designed with the latest safety developments in mind and has

•Car seat belt locking feature that enables the seat to be tightened for greater stability
•Chassis ready for installation on a base with ISOfix system (optional). Install the seat in your
car with a simple ZERO and no need to thread seat belts through.
Comfort and safety for your baby:
•Integrated 3-point harness.
•Ventilation in the chassis making it breathable.
•Impact-absorbent material on the entire surface that comes into contact with the baby.
Comfort for the parents:
•Pro-Fix fastenings compatible with all BE COOL types of chassis.
