Troubleshooting

The robotic vacuum cleaner is not working or cleans bad.
1. Turn on the device.
2. Check the dust collector, filter, the side brushes and the dirt holding on dirt.
3. Check the charge level of the batteries.
The remote does not function.
1. Check the remote control batteries.
2. Check the batteries in your robotic vacuum cleaner.
3. Check the code entered with the on the main unit.
4. Make sure that you are in the transmission range of the remote control.
The robotic vacuum cleaner does not load automatically.
1. Check if the power supply is connected and the charging station LED lights.
2. Check that the batteries may be too weak. If so, you load the Geréit directly.
