HARTING PushPull V4 Power
IP65 / IP67 connector for
line voltage (250 V) applications
Part.-No.: 09 46 145 3420
Description
The 250 V version of the HARTING PushPull Power
IP65 / IP67 connector is an universal solution for the
power supply in compact and robust applications.
The connector is loaded with two power contacts
and one pre-mating PE contact. The current carrying
contacts can carry up to 16 A each.
The innovative locking mechanism of the connector
enables an easy plugging and pulling with just one
hand.
Assembly Instruction
1. Push the nut, thrust washer, seal and housing over
the cable sheath (Ø 4.9 ... 8.6 mm).
2. Strip the cable sheath and the single strands (wire
cross section 0,75...2,5 mm²).

12-15 mm
3. Put the contacts on the strands up to the end of
the insulation.
4. Crimp the contacts with the HARTING PushPull
Power crimping tool (p/n 09 46 800 0000). The
crimping tool can also be used as an alternative
(p/n 09 99 000 0001) together with the Push Pull
Power locator (p/n 09 46 800 0010).

5. Push the contacts into the insulator body. Take the
PushPull Power insertion tool (09 46 800 0099) for
an easier assembly if necessary.
6. Push the housing over the insulator body.
7. Tighten the cable gland. A 18 mm open box wrench
is recommended for a secure tightening.
8. Insert the coding keys (p/n 09 46 840 0000) if
necessary.
