USE
1.
Plug in. The power indicator (3) will come
on. Turn the thermostat dial (2) to Max.
The thermostat indicator will come on, and
the hotplate will heat up.
2.
Allow the hotplate to heat up until the
thermostat indicator goes off. This means
the appliance is ready to use.
3.
Grease the hotplate with fat or a cook-
ing oil spray. Pour a portion of mix onto
the hotplate (1). Be careful not to add
too much pancake mix; the mix must not
spill over the edge of the hotplate. Pour
the pancake mix quickly, so the pancake
cooks evenly.
4.
Cook the pancake until the surface is no
longer runny. Turn the pancake with a
wooden or plastic palette knife and cook
the other side of the pancake. Never use
metal utensils as they may scratch the
non-stick coating of the appliance.
The baking time varies, depending on how
dark you prefer your pancakes and on the
amount of pancake mix that was used.
If necessary, adjust the thermostat if the
pancake needs cooking more or less.
5.
Remove the pancake from the hotplate
when it is cooked. After each pancake
has been made, dry the hotplate quickly
with a piece of kitchen roll to remove any
pancake mix residue.
6.
Remove the plug from the socket once
you have finished using the appliance.
Note!
The thermostat indicator comes on/goes out
during use, depending on the hotplate tem-
perature.

completely cool before storing it.

The cord must not be twisted or wound
around the appliance.

Stubborn residues can be removed with
a soft brush. Do not use sharp or pointed
instruments to remove residues.
If the appliance is very dirty, it can be
cleaned once it has cooled down with a
cloth that has been wrung in warm water.
Add a little detergent if necessary. Wipe off
with a dry soft cloth.
Never use a scouring pad, steel wool or
any form of strong solvents or abrasive
