CONGRATULATIONS
You have just bought a high-tech product made
by Vortice, Europe's leading European
manufacturer of kitchen hoods.
This unit will solve all your problems regarding
the elimination of smoke, odors and humidity. You
can connect the unit directly to a conduit
or use the filtering configuration (which must
be provided with an exhaust fan) to eliminate
all the pollutants produced during cooking
operations.
Last but not least, the hood's ergonomic
lighting system provides particularly effective
illumination for the burner area.
Please read this booklet with care before
using your Vortice appliance. Vortice cannot
be held responsible for injuries or damage to
goods due to the non-compliance with the
warnings and instructions of this booklet.
