• The unit’s filter must be cleaned periodically to keep it from becoming a fire hazard. Usage Rules 1) The edge of the VORT KAPPA must be at least 80 cm. from the cooking surface (Fig. 1). 2) The exhaust fan must be turned on at the beginning of the cooking operation. -

• Es ist unabdinglich, periodisch den Filter zu reinigen, um mögliche Brandgefahr zu vermeiden. Normas de empleo 1) El borde inferior del VORT KAPPA debe encontrarse por lo menos a 80 cm. de la placa encimera de cocción (Fig. 1). 2) El aspirador debe ser encendido cuando se comienza a cocinar. - Seite 17 Limpieza El VORT KAPPA viene dotado de filtro mecánico en la boca de aspiración. Para la limpieza de este filtro es aconsejable seguir las siguientes instrucciones: 1) Córtese la alimentación eléctrica al aparato. 2) Quitar el filtro (A) del aparato de acuerdo a las indicaciones de (Fig. 3) 3) Lavar el filtro (A) con detergente neutro, o bien en lavavajillas con cuidado de no deformarlo.
