the grommet. Move the spring extender over the frame, insert the spring
hook into the frame pipe hole as shown below until it rests completely within
the slot, then push down to make sure that it is securely stationed.
d) Count 16 holes away from ZERO clockwise. Secure the second spring to
the frame and mat in this location. Repeat this procedure and connect two
further springs until there are four springs installed in a cross. Now install
additional springs halfway between the finished springs until there are eight
springs connected in total. The remainder of springs can now be connected
in any order. If you notice that you have skipped one of the grommets,
release the spring and connect it between the frame and mat correctly.
STEP 5 – SETUP OF THE FRAME CUSHION
a) Lay the frame cushions (2) on the
trampoline so that the springs and
frame pipes are covered. Make sure
that the cushion covers all metal
parts. Stretch out the reinforcement
straps (Fig 5.1) so that every second
strap is extended over a leg support
b) Tie the reinforcement straps around
the leg supports. (Fig. 5.2)
c) Pull the elastic bands not tied around
the leg supports tightly, so that the
frame cushions are covered. Tie both
ends together (Fig. 5.3)

MOVING THE TRAMPOLINE
It is recommended to move the trampoline with a second person. All pipe joints
must be secured by wrapping them with weather-resistant duct tape. This will
keep the framework of the trampoline together and prevent the pipe joints from
coming apart. Lift the trampoline off the ground slightly and keep it horizontal
with the floor. To move the trampoline in a different way, disassemble it
completely. To disassemble, follow instructions for assembly backwards.

MAINTENANCE AND CONTROL

Make sure that the spring mat is secure before every use and ensure that all
parts are present and in good condition.
Secure the trampoline when not in use. Protect it from unauthorized
usage. If a trampoline ladder is used, the supervisor should remove it upon
leaving the area to keep children under 6 from using the trampoline without
supervision.
Ensure that the frame cushioning is secure and in the right position.
Check for missing or worn out pieces and/or incorrectly installed parts
before each usage. Instances may arise which would increase risk of injury.
Only use authorized equipment parts if replacement is necessary. Contact
us via our customer service address.
Replace missing or broken pieces immediately. Do not make any equipment
