Any other materials included in the shipment not listed here will not be necessary for assembly
STEP 1 - FRAME
There are 15 or 20 separate frame pipe pieces all together that will be
necessary to assemble the frame. All pieces with the same item number are
interchangeable and can be installed on the right or left side. To assemble,
simply insert the thin end of the frame pipe in the wider end of the next frame
pipe. Before assembly, all pipe ends should be lightly oiled or sprayed with
contact spray.This will extend the life of the frame and simplify the assembly
process, and later disassembly.

Connect all frame pieces to create a circle as shown (Fig. 1.1/1.2).
STEP 2 – SETUP OF THE SUPPORTS
Connect all vertical connecting
pipes, or legs (6), with the foot
supports (5) as shown. Make sure
that the safety stickers on the foot
supports are facing outwards (Fig.
2.1)
STEP 3 – SETUP OF THE FRAME
a) For this step you will need a second person to assist. One person must
hold the support setups assembled in Step 2 vertically and the second
person should connect the support setups with the foot supports (3), so
then have two support setups, each consisting of an upper pipe with leg
supports. (Fig. 3.1)

STEP 4 – SETUP OF THE SPRING MAT
A second person will be needed to
assist during this step.
CAUTION: The pipe joints may slip
during the spring mat setup because

the trampoline will become taut.
a) Spread out the spring mat (1) within
the frame with the printed side
facing upwards.
b) Depending on the size of the
trampoline, there will be a different
number of holes in the frame for
inserting the springs. They are
not numbered sequentially;

directions to ensure that they are
installed in the correct order.
c) Choose a spot on the frame
piping (call this spot ZERO). Next
fasten a spring (7) in the same
direction and at the same angle
on the frame, as illustrated in
the frame and twist the spring
out towards the spring mat as
shown in the illustration below.
Use the special spring extender
to connect the spring to the mat
and catch the opposite hook in
