Operation
Please Notice: Always place the unit on a smooth, clean, level and solid
surface and always use the suction cup to hold it in place. If you experience
any difficulties in lifting the unit off the surface after releasing the suction
handle, you can loosen the suction cup by simply pulling on the rubber strap at
the right of the unit.
Installing and Removing Attachments:
The blade sets or the open end funnel are placed in the ring of the lower part
of the gourmet wizard. The plastic noses must align with the notches in the
ring on the unit. Please also make sure the sharp ends of the blades point up.
The pressure discs are attached to the upper, movable part of the unit. Attach
the upper part in such a way that the plastic noses inside the top of the part
can lock into the notches on the unit. Lock the upper part in place by turning to
the right. To remove an attachment, turn to the left and it will unlock from the
unit.
The Juicer
The juicer does not have its own upper part, the upper part of the unit is
shaped in such away that it works with the juicer. The lower part of the juicer
consists of the base (1) and the dome (2). Place the dome in the base and
place both parts in the unit as shown above.
Ricer, Patty Press and Extruder
To use these attachments, you require the inner tube (18) and the outer tube
(17) of the open end funnel. Place the desired attachment (Ricer discs (13,
14), the extruder nozzle (16) or the patty press (15)) in the outer tube (17) of
the open end funnel. Then insert the inner tube (18) into the outer tube. Make
