Applications
Installation possible in all cisterns with AV1.
The actuation plate can be fitted vertically or horizontally
depending on the cistern.
Safety notes
• Installation is only possible in frost-free rooms.
• In the case of damage to the external connection cable of
the switched-mode power supply, the cable must be
replaced by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's
customer service department or an equally qualified person,
in order to prevent a hazard.
• The 230 V AC supply must not be fed into the cistern and
the switched-mode power supply must not be installed in the
cistern.
• Use only genuine replacement parts and accessories. The
use of other parts will result in voiding of the warranty and
the CE identification.
• The voltage supply must be separately switchable.
• The electronics are only suitable for indoor use.

Installation
An empty tube (B) is required for the line between switched-
mode power supply (A) and actuation plate (C), see fold-out
page I, Fig. [1].
Route the extension cable (L) from the cistern through the
empty tube. Plaster and tile the wall, excluding the area of the
structural shell protection.
Electrical installation
Electrical installation work must only be
performed by a qualified electrician. This work
must be carried out in accordance with the
regulations to IEC 364-7-701-1984 (corresponding
to VDE 0100 Part 701) as well as all national and
local regulations.
• Only water-resistant round cables with a max. outside
diameter of 6.0 to 8.5mm may be used.
1. Fasten base (A1) of the switched-mode power supply
using screws (D), see Fig. [2]. Drill holes first if necessary.
2. Insert 230 V connecting cable (E) into the base. Strip
insulation in accordance with Fig. [2].
3. Pull sleeve (F1) over the two current-carrying wires (E1).
4. Attach lustre terminal (F); observe assignment,
see Fig. [3].
5. Secure all three wires with cable tie (F2), just in front of
lustre terminal (F).
6. Route strand (E2) in an arc and position lustre terminal (F)
on locators in base (A1), see Fig. [4].
7. Secure cable (E) using screws (H) and strain relief (G).
8. Fasten cover (I) in base (A1) using screw (J).
9. Attach upper part (A2) of the switched-mode power supply.
10. Cut off structural shell protection (K) as flush as possible
with the tile surface, see Fig. [5].
11. Connect the extension cable with switched-mode power
supply (A), see fold-out page II, Fig. [6].

1. Pressing button T1 for first time switches on the lighting.
Confirmation: Indicator lamp L1 lights up for 60 s.
2. Pressing button T1 for second time activates the set timer.
Confirmation: Indicator lamp L1 flashes.
3. Pressing button T1 for a third time switches off the lighting.
Switching the colour using button T2, see Fig. [13]
The lighting can be switched between the colour white and a
stored colour/the colour cycle.
1. Switch on lighting using button T1.
2. Each press of button T2 switches the lighting between the
colour white and the stored colour/the colour cycle.
Selecting the colour using button T3, see Fig. [13]
1. Switch on lighting using button T1.
2. Each press of button T3 starts or stops the colour cycle.
The most recently displayed colour/the colour cycle is stored.
The stored setting is displayed using button T1 and can be
switched using button T2.
