Places where there is a risk of explosion and/or
fire outbreak
The standard machine is not designed for use in
places with an explosive atmosphere or where there is
a risk of explosion.
When ordering, the customer/user must indicate
whether the vacuum cleaner must work in places with
an explosive atmosphere or where there is a risk of
explosion.
WARNING!
Environmental conditions differing from those
prescribed may lead to mechanical or electrical
faults and consequent situations of hazard for the
operator.

Unpacking and disposal formalities

Remove the cardboard wrapping and free the machine
from the pallet.
Dispose of the packing materials in compliance with
the current laws in merit, remembering that:
-
wood is not a polluting material, but must be
correctly recycled;
-
plastic is a polluting material which should not be
burnt. Dispose of it correctly. Do not litter.

Connecting to the electricity main

WARNING!
Check that the voltage and frequency values of the
electricity main correspond to the values indicated
on the data plate.
All installation or maintenance work on electrical
parts must be carried out by qualified electricians.
Connect the equipment to an efficient earth.
Always remove the power plug from the electricity
main before working inside the electric panel.

Limiting valve

The valve "1" (fig. 2) operates when the vacuum
cleaner is used for long periods of time with the filter or
pipe completely clogged (closed mouth operation).
When the vacuum is installed in a room away from the
place of work it is advisable to fit the relief valve.
When the set valve is reached, the valve opens to
allow air to enter the impeller.
This prevents the impeller from overheating and the
electric motor from absorbing excessive power.

Maintenance

Foreword

WARNING!
Maintenance and cleaning operations must only
be carried out with the vacuum cleaner off and
disconnected from the electric and air power
sources.
The suction unit needs no particular maintenance or
lubrication.
Remember, however, that correct use and servicing
are essential if the safety and efficiency of the vacuum
are to be guaranteed.
To ensure regular and constant operation and to
prevent the warranty from becoming void, only ever
use genuine spare parts when repairs are needed.

Inspections made in our plant

Each part of your vacuum will have been subjected to
the strictest tests in our factory.
In particular, it will have been subjected to the following
inspections:
Before being started:
-
the operating voltage will be checked to see that it
complies with that requested by the purchaser;
-
the serial number will be checked;
-
checks will be made to ensure that all data plates
are affixed;
-
all parts of the structure will be checked to ensure
that they are correctly grounded;
-
all nuts and bolts will be checked for tightness.
