ITALIANO MANUTENZIONE E RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI L’apparecchiatura non richiede una manutenzione particolare, esclusa la pulizia periodica del blocco riscaldante per evitare il deposito di sostanze all’ interno degli alloggiamenti degli indicatori biologici. Per la pulizia dell’incubatore è sufficiente far riferimento alle più elementari norme igienico sanitarie previste in circostanze del genere. Innanzitutto spegnere la macchina e scollegare la spina dalla presa corrente. Se la macchina è appena stata utilizzata, attenderne il raffreddamento. Utilizzare una spugnetta lievemente umidificata con acqua saponata e asciugare con un panno asciutto e pulito. Non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi, che potrebbero alterare in maniera irreversibile l’aspetto delle parti in plastica della macchina. Non spruzzare direttamente con nebulizzatori sulla macchina, rischiando di danneggiare la parte elettrica all’interno. NON ESEGUIRE MANUTENZIONI O RIPARAZIONI INTERNE ALL’APPARECCHIO. The producer is not responsible for damage to the unit and personal injuries caused by improper or lack of experience of operator. ENGLISH MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING The machine does not need any particular maintenance apart from the periodic cleaning of the heating unit which is necessary to avoid the deposit of substances inside the seat of the biological indicators. For cleaning of the incubator is sufficient to refer to the most elementary rules of hygiene health provided in such circumstances. FRANÇAIS INSTALLATION L’incubateur biologique peut être positionné aussi bien sur une surface horizontale que sur une surface métallique verticale moyennant un aimant de fixation placé à l’arrière de l’appareil. A cause des caractéristiques du dispositif, il est important de prendre quelques précautions : L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé dans une atmosphère potentiellement explosive. Retirer l’emballage et contrôler l’état de l’appareil. Si celui‐ci présente des signes d’endommagement à la suite du transport, informer le fabricant. FRANÇAIS DESCRIPTION DE FONCTIONNEMENT L’incubateur biologique est un appareil destiné à être employé dans le domaine médical et/ou odontologique. Le producteur n’est pas responsable des dommages à l’appareil et aux personnes causés par un usage impropre ou par l’inexpérience de l’opérateur. Température de l’environnement d’utilisation : +17 / +27 °C Un indicateur lumineux se trouve sur l’incubateur. Il signale le dysfonctionnement possible de la machine ou l’absence momentanée d’énergie électrique (et par conséquent l’échec du test en cours). En outre, un thermostat de sécurité se trouve à l’intérieur du dispositif : il interrompt le fonctionnement de la résistance dans le cas où la température atteinte dépasse celles d’utilisation. FRANÇAIS INSTRUCTIONS POUR L'UTILISATEUR 1. Identifier l’indicateur biologique à soumettre au processus. PROCÉDURES DE ACTIVATION ET LA TEMPERATURE D'INCUBATION HEURES SONT REPERTORIES SUR LE MANUEL INDICATEUR BIOLOGIQUE. 2. Introduire l’indicateur biologique dans le stérilisateur. 3. Exécutez le cycle de stérilisation. 4. Retirer du stérilisateur indicateur biologique. 5. Laisser refroidir l’indicateur biologique pendant au moins 10 minutes. 6. Vérifier que le changement de coloration de la bande de l'indicateur a eu lieu 7. Casser l’ampoule en verre de l’indicateur biologique placée à l’intérieur du récipient thermoplastique. Effectuer cette opération avant d’introduire l’indicateur dans l’incubateur. L’introduction de l’indicateur doit avoir lieu dans l’heure qui suit à partir du moment où celui‐ci a été enlevé de la stérilisatrice. 8. Introduire l’indicateur biologique dans l’élément chauffant de l’incubateur 9. Faire démarrer le cycle d’incubation en appuyant sur le bouton START. 10. Examiner l’indicateur biologique à des intervalles de temps pour vérifier les changements de couleur. 11. Incuber l’indicateur biologique en utilisant comme référence un indicateur n’ayant pas été soumis au cycle de stérilisation. Pour la procédure détaillée, lire attentivement les indications du mode d’emploi contenues dans la boîte des indicateurs biologiques.
