We provide a 3-year warranty from the date of
purchase covering faults in materials or manufacture
of the kitchen scales.
The warranty does not cover:
· Damage resulting from improper use.
· Wear items.
· Defects that were known to the customer at the
time of purchase.
· Damage for which the customer was responsible.
This warranty does not affect the customer's legal
rights.
The customer must provide proof of purchase in
order for any warranty claims within the warranty
period to be honoured. Claims under the warranty
are honoured

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has
the right to have the goods repaired by our own
workshop or a workshop authorised by us. Never
open the kitchen scales for any reason – opening
or modifying will void the warranty. This warranty
does not grant any additional rights to the customer.
Complaints often result from difficulties encountered
during use. Many of these complaints can be re-
solved by telephone or email. Please contact our
Service Hotline before returning the kitchen scales
to the manufacturer.

These kitchen scales comply with the requirements
of the relevant European and national guidelines.
This is confirmed by the CE mark. The relevant
declarations are held by the manufacturer.
