geführt werden.
10. Wartungsarbeiten im druckfesten
Raum des Gerätes dürfen nur vom
Hersteller selbst oder von autorisier-
tem Fachpersonal nach einer vom
Hersteller besonders dafür heraus-
gegebenen Anweisung durchge-
führt werden. Müssen Wartungsar-
beiten im explosionsgefährtetem
Bereich
vorgenommen
muss dazu das erforderliche Öffnen
und Schließen des druckfesten
Raumes wie folgt durchgeführt wer-
den:
• Gerät spannungsfrei schalten.
• Vorgeschriebene Wartezeit bis zum
Öffnen gemäß Geräteaufschrift ein-
halten.
• 8
Innensechskant-Befestigungs-
schrauben des Gehäuseoberteils
lösen.
• Gehäuseoberteil entfernen.
• Wartungsarbeiten am geöffneten
Gerät vornehmen.
• Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten ist
das Oberteil wieder auf das Ge-
häuseunterteil aufzusetzen. Es ist
darauf zu achten, dass sich zwi-
schen den beiden Gehäuseteilen
keine Schmutzpartikel befinden und
das Gehäuseoberteil vollflächig auf
dem Gehäuseunterteil aufliegt. Alle
Befestigungsschrauben sind kreuz-
weise, in mehreren Schraubvor-
gängen, gleichmäßig festzuziehen.
11. Reinigungsarbeiten an dem Gerät
dürfen nur mit einem feuchten Tuch
erfolgen, um elektrostatische Auf-
ladungen zu vermeiden.
12. Es dürfen nur baugleiche ATEX
zugelassene Kabeleinführungen und
Verschlussstopfen verwendet werden,
die folgende Merkmale aufweisen:
• Betriebstemperatur
-20°C bis +70°C (T5)
-20°C bis +40°C (T6)
• IP 66
• Werkstoff: Metall
13. Bei Anschluss oder beim Abklem-
men von Leitungen im Anschluss-
raum (erhöhte Sicherheit) müssen
das Gerät und die Leitungen span-
nungsfrei geschaltet sein.
Bei Nichtbeachtung der vorgenannten
Punkte ist der Explosionsschutz des
Gerätes nicht mehr gegeben. Das Gerät
stellt dann eine Gefahr für das Leben
des Betreibers dar und kann die Zün-
dung einer explosionsfähigen Atmo-
sphäre verursachen.

10. Maintenances in the flame-proof
enclosure of the device must be
made according to instructions
especially issued by the manufac-
turer, and may be carried through
by the manufacturer or authorized
technical specialists only. If mainte-
nances must be carried through in
werden,
hazardous areas, the flame-proof
enclosure must be opened and
closed as follows:
• Disconnect power.
• Observe the mandatory waiting
time before opening the unit (see
sign on unit).
• Loosen the 8 hexagon socket
fastening screws of the upper part
of the housing.
• Remove the upper part of the hou-
sing.
• Perform the maintenance while the
device is open.
• When the work is done, put the
upper part of the housing back on
the lower part again. Make sure
that there are no dust particles
between the two parts of the
housing, and that the upper part
of the housing rests completely
on the lower part. All fastening
screws
evenly and crosswise, in several
bouts.
11. In order to avoid electrostatical
charging, clean the device with a
moist cloth only.
12. Use
only
approved cable glands and blind
plugs with the following charac-
teristics:
• Operating temperature
-20°C to +70°C (T5)
-20°C to +40°C (T6)
• IP 66
• Material: metal
13. Make sure the device and the
wiring are disconnected from the
power supply upon connecting or
disconnecting the wires in the
terminal compartment "increased
safety".
In case of disregard of the above, the
apparatus can no longer be safely operated
in hazardous areas and the explosion
protection is no longer guaranteed. In this
case, the apparatus represents a danger
to the lives of personnel and may cause
the ignition of a hazardous atmosphere.

10. Les travaux de maintenance dans le
compartiment
antidéflagrant
l'appareil ne doivent être réalisées
que par le constructeur lui-même ou
par un personnel qualifié autorisé
conformément
à
donnée spécialement à cet effet par
le constructeur. S'il faut effectuer des
travaux de maintenance dans une
atmosphère explosive, l'ouverture et
la fermeture nécessaires du compar-
timent antidéflagrant doivent être
réalisées de la façon suivante:
• Mettre l'appareil hors tension.
• Respecter le temps d'attente prescrit
pour l'ouverture conformément aux
indications sur l'appareil.
• Desserrer les 8 vis de fixation (vis à
tête six pans creux) de la partie
supérieure du boîtier.
• Retirer la partie supérieure du boîtier.
• Effectuer les travaux de réglage ou
de maintenance sur l'appareil ouvert.
• Après avoir effectués les travaux
poser la partie supérieure sur le boî-
tier. Il faut veiller à ce qu'il ne se trouve
la moindre impureté entre les deux
parties du boîtier et que la partie
supérieure porte exactement sur la
partie inférieure du boîtier. Serrer les vis
de fixation tour à tour et régulièrement.
Répéter le processus plusieures fois
jusqu'à ce que toutes les vis soient
bien serrées.
11. Essuyer l'appareil uniquement à
l'aide d'un chiffon humide afin
d'éviter des charges électrostatiques.
12. Seuls les entrées de câble et les
bouchons d'obturation de con-
struction identique agréés ATEX
doivent être utilisés et disposer
des caractéristiques suivantes:
• Plage de température d'utilisation:
-20°C à +70°C (T5)
-20°C à +40°C (T6)
• IP 66
• Matériel: métal
13. Lors du raccordement ou du dé-
branchement des câbles dans le
compartiment en « sécurité augmen-
tée », l'appareil et les câbles doivent
être mis hors tension.
En cas de non respect des points précé-
dents, le mode de protection de l'appareil
contre l'explosion n'est plus garantie.
L'appareil présente alors un danger pour
la vie de l'utilisateur et peut provoquer la
mise à feu d'une atmosphère explosive.
