The previously selected entry will be erased after you confirm by pressing the right display button [3].
Press the left display button [12] to cancel.
Delete All
After confirming by pressing the right display button [3], all list entries will be deleted from the handset.
Press the left display button [12] to cancel.

Play Msgs

This allows you to play messages. The following options are available:

Play New Msgs
Plays any new messages only. If no new messages exist, a confirmation beep will sound and
"No New Message" will appear on the display.

Play All Msgs
Plays all messages stored on the answer machine.
While listening to the messages, the display buttons have the following functions:
left display button [12]: delete
right display button [3]: skip to next message.

Delete Msgs

This menu item allows you to delete all old messages. Press the right display button [3] to delete the old
messages.

Switching the Answer Machine On/Off (Ans On/Off)

Here you can enable or disable the answer machine.
Press the  or  directional control buttons [4] to select the desired status. To save the selected
setting, press the right display button [3].
You can also enable or disable the answer machine directly on the base. To do so, press
the "Answer machine on/off" button.
When enabling the answer machine you will hear which one of the two welcome messages
(Outgoing Msg) is active. Pressing and holding the "Answer machine on/off" button lets
you toggle between the two welcome messages.
