  • Seite 52 Português - English - Français - Spanish - German Niemals den Motor an der Welle heben, sondern nur an den dafür vorgesehenen Tragösen einhängen: MONTAGE 4.1 Die Läufer der Motoren sind dynamisch mit Halb-Paßfeder ausgewuchtet. Deshalb muss auch die auf das Wellenende aufzuziehende Kupplung mit Halb-Paßfeder gemäß Norm IEC 60034-14 ausgewuchtet sein. Auf Anfrage können die Läufer auch mit Voll-Paßfeder ausgewuchtet werden. 4.2 Wird eine Riemenscheibe gefordert, wird empfohlen die Riemenscheibe bis 80 °C zu erwär- men und mit geeigneter Aufziehvorrichtung aufzuschrumpfen. Falls erforderlich kann die Riemenscheibe auch mit einer Druckschraube, die in die Zen- trierbohrung der Welle geschraubt wird, aufgezogen werden.
  • Seite 53 Português - English - Français - Spanish - German Falls nichts anderes auf dem Leistungsschild angegeben ist, sind die Motoren für den Betrieb bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von -20 ºC bis +40 ºC geeignet. Liegt die Umgebungstemperatur außerhalb als auf dem Leistungsschild angegebenen Temperaturbereich, muss der Hersteller angefragt werden um zu überprüfen, ob Bauände- rungen und/oder Sonderbescheinigungen erforderlich sind. 4.5 Beim Aufstellen des Motors ist sicherzustellen, dass die erforderlichen Kühlbedingungen eingehalten werden. 4.6 Bei Vertikalmotoren (Maschinen in senkrechter Bauform) mit Lufteintritt von oben, muss die Lufteintrittsöffnung durch ein Schutzdach gesichert sein oder eine geeignete Abdeckung verhindert, dass Fremdkörper senkrecht in die Belüftungsöffnungen fallen können.
