1 Open the printer cover.
2 For labels with a core diameter between 40 and 75 mm: Push both core adapters (B) onto the roll winder
(C).
3 Put the label roll (D) onto the label winder (C) with the core adapter.
4 Insert the label roll guides (A) with the smooth surface facing the labels on both sides of the winder. Push
them on until they are touching the labels.
5 Put the winder along with the labels and guides into the label holder (E). Make sure that it snaps in cor-
rectly.
6 Position the label roll in the middle of the winder. Use the scale for centring.
7 Unlatch the print head module and raise it up.
8 Pull the labels under the axle of the label guides (F) towards the front.
9 Push the label guides (F) until they are at the edge of the labels.
10 Adjust the position of the label sensor so that it corresponds to the width of the labels (refer to the instruc-
tions on positioning the label sensor).
11 Push down on the print head module until it snaps back in.
12 Close the cover and then calibrate the label sensor.
