Preparation
Wash fruits or vegetables and remove any blemishes. Dry off fruits or vegetables.
Drying Fruits and Vegetable Rolls
1. Cover the base with parchment paper.
2. Puree fresh, canned fruit or vegetables to a consistency that can be spread
with a spatula, over the base of the food dehydrator. Spread the puree over
the base, to a maximum thickness of 5 mm.
3. Chewy rolls are ready when the centres are no longer sticky to touch.
4. Switch off the device and remove the fruit or vegetables while they are still
warm to prevent sticking.
5. Roll tightly and slice into desired portions. Dry for 8 – 10 hours.
