MACHINE CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Marga Mulino is built with top-quality materials for optimal ease and enjoyment of use.
Here are some tips to keep your machine in excellent working condition:
- Clean your Marga Mulino before fi rst use by running fl our through it on setting 0 for 2-3 minutes.
Discard fl our when done.
- Do not wash the machine with water or detergents.
To clean, simply remove any excess fl our, grains, or fl akes with the brush provided (Fig. 9).
- Always clean the rollers after processing grains, and before storing.
- To remove the hopper, pull it upwards while fi rmly holding the machine body down on the work
surface or tabletop (Fig. 10).
- If needed, put a few drops of lubricant (such as petroleum jelly or mineral oil) on the ends of
the rollers to reduce friction (Fig. 11).
