12. Raucheinsatz Seuthe Nr. 20 montieren (Fig. 5)
Lokomotivengehäuse abnehmen, siehe Punkt 2.
Raucheinsatz (Pos. 195, Bestell-Nr. 9750.52.01) in Halterung (194)
einsetzen und an vorhandenes Kabel anlöten. Gehäuse montieren.
12. Mounting smoke insert Seuthe No. 20 (Fig. 5)
Remove the locomotive casing, see section 2.
Insert the smoke unit (item 195, Order No. 9750.52.01) in the holder
(194) and solder it at the existent cable. Fit housing.
13. Glühbirne Führerhaus tauschen (Fig. 5)
Befestigungsschraube (78) herausdrehen und Führerhaus (55) nach
oben abnehmen. Abdeckung (57) abziehen, Glühbirne (58) mit Kabel
aus dem Gehäuse herausziehen und Kabel an der Platine ablöten.
Hinweis: Die Innenbeleuchtung kann im Digitalbetrieb schaltbar
gemacht werden. Dazu den Schiebeschalter im Tender umschalten.
Jetzt kann mit F2 die Innenbeleuchtung geschaltet werden.
13. Exchanging the light bulb on the driver´s cabin
(Fig. 5)
Unscrew the fixing screw (78) and remove the driver's cab (55) from
the top. Pull off the cover (57), pull the bulb (58) and cable out of the
housing and unsolder the cable at the pcb.
Note: The interior lightning may be switchable by digital operating.
Switch the sliding switch at the tender. With F2 the interior lightning
can switched.
14. Wartungsarbeiten an Radsätze und Getriebe
(Fig. 5 und 6)
Bei Wartungsarbeiten an den Radsätzen, dem Kuppelgestänge und dem
Getriebe muss das gesamte Fahrgestell zerlegt werden. Wir bitten Sie
bei der Demontage des Fahrgestells genau darauf zu achten, wo und
wie jedes Einzelteil montiert war.
Die Einbaulage können Sie auch aus der Ersatzteilgrafik Seite 14 bis
17 ersehen. Für Beschädigungen, die durch unsachgemäße Arbeiten an
den Bauteilen entstehen, kann die Firma BRAWA nicht haftbar gemacht
werden.
14. Maintenance work on the wheel sets and gears
(Fig. 5 and 6)
When performing maintenance work on the wheel sets, the coupling
rods and the gears, the whole chassis must be dismantled. We would
remind you to note exactly where and how each part was assembled
before dismantling the chassis. The installation position can be seen in
the spare parts chart on pages 14 to 17. BRAWA is not liable for
damage which occurs due to improper work on construction parts.
15. Kupplungsnormschacht am Tender tauschen (Fig. 6)
Bremse (31, 32) abnehmen. Hintersten Radsatz (52) demontieren.
Befestigungsschrauben (26) herausdrehen und Abdeckung (24)
abnehmen. Kupplungsnormschacht (23) abnehmen und Bügelkupplung
(15) ausklipsen.
15. Exchanging standard coupling shaft on tender (Fig. 6)
Remove the brake (31, 32). Dismantle the rear bogie (52). Undo the
fixing screws (26) and remove the cover (24). Take off the standard
coupling shaft (23) and unclip the stirrup coupling (15).
