Take your time and read the following instructions
and information completely. Keep these operating
instructions in a safe place for future reference. If
you sell the device, please pass these operating
instructions on to the new owner.
1. Explanation of Warning Symbols and Notes

3. Safety Instructions
• Do not use this device in moist environments and
avoid splashes.
• Do not use the device in the immediate vicinity of
heaters or other heat sources or in direct sunlight.
• Do not drop the device and do not expose the
device to major shocks.
• Do not forcibly open the device.
• Do not attempt to service or repair the device
yourself. Leave any service work to qualified
specialists.
• Do not modify the device in any way. Doing so
voids the warranty.

4. Installation
Warning
• To ensure device safety, the power supply to
the battery charging station is distributed
between two USB interfaces and specially
suited to the connection specifications of the
Playstation 3.
• Hama GmbH & Co KG does not accept warranty
claims if the power supply is used with other
devices or if only one USB plug is connected to
the Playstation 3.
• Connect the mini-USB plug (type B) to your
battery charging station.
• Connect the two large USB plugs (type A) to the
free USB ports on your PS3.
• Switch on your Playstation 3. The LEDs on the
charging cradle now light up green.
• When inserting the controller into the charging
cradle, make sure that the contact sockets of the
controller line up precisely with the plug of the
charging station.
• Once your Sony PS3 controller is plugged in,
the charging LED on the station lights up red
to indicate that your controller is charging. The
possible charging configurations are explained
under Item 5.
