Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Produkt ist zum Anschluss an einen IBM-kompatiblen PC mit USB-Schnittstelle vorgesehen und stellt
dort zusätzliche USB-Ports zur Verfügung.

Anschluss
Schieben Sie den USB-Stecker des Hubs in einen USB-Port Ihres PCs (oder in den USB-Port eines anderen
USB-Hubs mit eigener Stromversorgung). Der PC braucht dabei nicht ausgeschaltet werden (gilt nur spe-
ziell bei USB-Geräten!).
Treiber-Installation
Zum Betrieb ist mindestens Windows 98 nötig.
Windows erkennt das Gerät automatisch. Folgen Sie allen Anweisungen von Windows. Die nötigen Treiber-
Dateien sind in Windows enthalten, deshalb liegt keine Treiberdiskette oder -CD bei.
Tipps und Hinweise
An die 4 USB-Ports des Mini-USB-Hubs dürfen nur Geräte angeschlossen werden, die je nur maximal einen
Strom von 100mA benötigen (sog. "Low-Power-USB-Geräte"), da der Mini-USB-Hub nicht über ein eigenes
Netzteil verfügt. High-Power-USB-Geräte mit einem Strombedarf von mehr als 100mA funktionieren am
Mini-USB-Hub nicht.

Features

Connection
Connect the USB plug of the hub to a USB port of your PC (or to the USB port of another USB hub with own
power supply).
It is not necessary to switch off the PC (only valid for USB devices!).
Driver Installation
For operation you need at least Windows 98.
Windows recognizes the device automatically. Follow all instructions of Windows. The necessary driver files
are contained in Windows. Therefore, no driver disk or CD is enclosed in the delivery.
Tips and Notes
Only connect devices to the 4 USB ports of the Mini USB hub which need a maximum current of 100mA each
(so-called "low-power USB devices"), since the Mini USB hub is not provided with an own power unit. High-
power USB devices with a power consumption of
more than 100mA do not work with the Mini USB hub
