• For this, the retaining screws underneath the head of the camera have to be
released. At the same time, the desired angle of tilt can be set.
• The smallest slewing angle (22.5°) is achieved when you insert the stopper in adja-
cent slots (e.g. in slot "2" and "3" on the same side).
The stoppers have to be mounted to the left and right of the stop
which is visible when you look at the base of the camera from below.
The stop always has to be located between the two stoppers as other-
wise one of the stoppers cannot work.
Fixing the cable
After setting the slewing angle, it can be necessary to alter the length of the cable
between the head of the camera and the mounting base. The cable is simply drawn
through the opening in the mounting base.
Make sure that:
• the retaining crews on the camera joint are well-tightened
• the connecting plug of the camera motor
underneath the base of the camera is seated cor-
rectly in
its jack and the sealing ring
is inserted (important for water tightness)
• and the cable between the mounting base and the head of the camera is suffi-
ciently long for the slewing angle but cannot rub or be entangled anywhere.

Set the length of the cable so that the cable is
long enough over the whole slewing area but
does not become entangled at the head of
the camera or does no rub on the wall to
which the dummy camera is attached.
For this, two cable tie wires and a piece of
spiral hose are enclosed with the product.
Take into consideration thereby the pos-
sible slewing angle and area of tilt (can
be tried out by hand).
Installation et raccordement du bloc secteur et de l'unité
de commande
L'unité de commande, le bloc secteur et la télécommande
ne doivent pas être exposés à des températures extrêmes,
à des vibrations fortes, aux rayons directs du soleil, à une
humidité élevée ou à des sollicitations mécaniques sévères.
Eviter le fonctionnement en cas de conditions environnan-
tes défavorables, par ex. en présence de gaz inflammables,
etc.
L'unité de commande, le bloc secteur et la télécommande doivent
seulement fonctionner dans des locaux fermés.
Comme source de tension pour le bloc secteur fourni, utiliser unique-
ment une prise de courant de 230 V/50 Hz, raccordée au réseau d'ali-
mentation public. Ne tentez jamais de faire fonctionner l'appareil sous
une tension différente.
N´utiliser que le bloc secteur fourni pour la connexion au réseau.
Lorsque vous choisissez le lieu d'installation, tenez compte des dispositions de la
pièce, comme par exemple l'endroit où se trouve la prise la plus proche, etc.. L'ap-
pareil doit se trouver éloigné de tout transformateur ou moteur. Installer l'unité de
commande uniquement sur un support horizontal stable.
Étant donné la multitude de peintures et d'encaustiques utilisées, il
n'est pas exclu que les pieds de l'appareil laissent des traces sur les
meubles dues à une réaction chimique. Il convient donc de ne pas
placer l'appareil sans une protection adéquate sur les meubles de
valeur.
• Relier le câble de connexion AV de l'unité de commande avec un moniteur, télévi-
seur ou magnétoscope (la plupart du temps, l'entrée pour le signal de l'image est
repérée en jaune).
• Reliez le bloc secteur fourni avec l'unité de commande. Pour ce faire, vous devez
enficher la fiche mâle basse tension dans la douille secteur de l'unité de comman-
de.
• Brancher le bloc secteur dans la prise électrique.
