• Other special functions like other views and filters, are available by pressing the button "OPTI-
ON" on the remote control again. To leave the popup menu without changes, press the button
"BACK".

14. Troubleshooting

The following list contains problems that may appear and possible solutions. If your product has a
problem, read this list carefully. If the suggestions to not help, contact our support.
• No image is displayed
Check that the low-voltage plug of the mains adapter is correctly connected to the media player.
Try connecting the mains adapter to another mains socket.
Check that the AV cable or HDMI® cable is correctly connected to the TV and the media player.
Check that the right input source is selected at your screen.
• The USB device is not recognised
Check that the USB plug is correctly connected to the device and the media player.
Check that the USB storage device is formatted correctly.
If using a hard disc with external power supply, check that the mains adapter is corrected cor-
rectly and the hard disc is switched on.
This selection displays all files as miniature views.

Shows a list of files. A preview of the currently highlighted file is dis-
played on the left.

This selection shows videos only.
