Can I use more than one terminal in a wellness
area?
Yes. In their basic function, the terminals always display the
locker number of the guest keys. However, programming,
cancelling and service keys work only with the terminal on
which they were learnt.
As locker number, the display shows only ????
– does the key still work?
A transmission problem has occurred when locking the
locker. When a locker has been locked by a certain key, it
can only be opened by this same key, even if the locker
number is not displayed.
I have lost a service key and want to clear it to
be safe. How do I do this?
You can clear an individual service key if you still have it in
your possession. But you cannot clear it if it is lost. You can
clear the authorisation of all the service keys by resetting
the terminal software. These keys then have to be regenera-
ted because the previous ones no longer work. This has no
effect on the function of the wellness keys.
I have lost the programming / clearing key and
want to cancel it to be safe. How do I do this?
Programming and cancelling keys are learnt only once when
the terminal is put into service. Only one copy of each
exists. You require these keys for learning or clearing service
keys.
