5. SAFETY INFORMATION

The guarantee/warranty will expire if damage is incurred resulting from
non-compliance with the operating instructions! We do not assume any
liability for consequential damage!
We do not assume any liability for property damage or personal injury caused
by improper use or non-compliance with the safety instructions! In such
cases the warranty/guarantee is voided.
Dear Customer, the following safety instructions are intended not only for the
protection of your health but also for the protection of the product.
Therefore, read the following items very carefully before connecting the product and
taking it into operation.
• The product is only approved for operation in dry, closed rooms. It must not
become moist (rel. humidity < 80 %) or wet when used outdoors.
• Never pour out fluids above or next to the product. Never place containers
containing liquids, e.g. vases or plants, on or next to the charger. Liquids may get
into the housing and impair electrical safety. This also poses great danger of fire
or electric shock! If liquid enters the device anyway, stop operating the product
and contact a specialist.
• The following unfavourable conditions are to be avoided at the place of installa-
tion and during transport or storage:
- Dampness or too high humidity
- Extreme cold or heat (temperature: 0 - 50 °C
- Direct solar irradiation
- Dust or flammable gases, fumes or solvents
- Strong vibrations
- Strong magnetic fields as present near machines or speakers
