Cleaning
The outside of the mobile PA system should only be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth or brush.
Never use aggressive cleansing agents or chemical solvents since this might damage the surface of the housing.

Handling

• Never switch on or connect the device immediately after it has been taken from a cold to a warm environment.
The condensation water generated could destroy the device.
Allow the device to reach room temperature before connecting it and switching it on. Wait until the condensation
water has evaporated.
• Never pull on the power cable. Only unplug it by pulling on the plug.
• Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket if the device is not in use for a longer period of time.
• To ensure sufficient ventilation, the mobile PA system must not be covered. In addition, air circulation must not
be obstructed by objects such as magazines, tablecloths or curtains etc. During operation, keep a minimum
distance of 15 cm around the device.
• For safety reasons, always pull the mains plug from the socket during a thunderstorm.
• Do not listen to excessively loud music over a long period of time. This may damage your hearing.

Disposal


Please dispose of the unserviceable device according to the current statutory requirements.
Disposal of used batteries/rechargeable batteries:

You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/rechargeable
batteries. Disposing of them in the household waste is prohibited.
Batteries containing hazardous substances are labelled with the symbols shown to the left. These
symbols also indicate that disposal of these batteries in the household waste is prohibited. The heavy

metals concerned are: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. You can return used batteries/
rechargeable batteries free of charge at any collecting point in your local community or wherever
batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
