Intended Use
The BT loudspeaker is used for music playback via coupled Bluetooth
features a built-in Bluetooth
speakerphone.
®
Power is supplied by two integrated rechargeable batteries (one in the in the charging
station and one in the loudspeaker). They must be charged only via a suitable USB
connection.
Devices that are equipped with a USB charging or power supply socket can be
charged or operated with the additional battery in the charging station or.
Use other than that described above will lead to damage to the product and will expose
you to additional risks, such as short circuits, fire, electrical shocks, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or converted.

erating instructions.

• For safety reasons, any unauthorised conversion and/or modification to
the product is not permitted.
• The loudspeaker's rechargeable battery and charging station may be
charged only via a suitable USB connection.
• Do not expose the product to high temperatures, wet conditions or high
humidity, strong vibrations or heavy mechanical loads.
• Check the device for damage frequently. If it shows damage, do not use it
any more and take it to a specialist workshop.
• Do not place open flames such as burning candles on the device or in its
immediate vicinity.
• Use the device only in temperate climate regions and not in tropical ones.
• This product is not a toy; it is not suitable for children. Children are not
aware of the potential dangers involved when using electrical devices.
• Do not leave packaging material unattended. It may become a dangerous
plaything for children.
• If you have doubts about how the product should be operated, or about
safety or the connection, consult an expert.

Getting Started and Operation
Recharging the Battery
T he USB connection at which the device is charged must have a power
rating of at least 500 mA. This is normally assured at every USB connection
of computers.
Prior to initial operation, the integrated rechargeable batteries must be
charged first .
• Move the switch on the charging station to the position CH (=charge).
• Connect the charging station with a USB port using the USB cable provided.
• Remove the cover from the loudspeaker.
• Place the loudspeaker onto the charging station.
• The LED at the charging station indicates the charging process for the respective
battery:
Blue, flashing: the battery of the charging station is being charged
Red, flashing: the battery of the loudspeaker is being charged
• The indicator lamp switches off when the respective battery is charged.
Switching on or off
• Switch the loudspeaker on using the main switch at the bottom by sliding it into the
position where the red area is not visible.
• The loudspeaker confirms switching on with a corresponding audio response.
• To switch the device off, slide the main switch back into the position where the red
area is visible.
Pairing
Before it is possible to transmit between your Bluetooth
devices must be coupled with each other. This process is called "pairing".
• Turn on your Bluetooth
