SAFETY MODE
If during charging, the MultiPowerbox detects a problem, it will
te switch off automatically (the fuse will switch to "safety mode").
If this occurs disconnect the MultiPowerbox from the mains power
supply and press the "reset" button. You will need a thin object like a
paper clip to activate the button. [7]

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you encounter any problems please check the list below.
Also check the user manual of the device that you are charging.

y The Multipowerbox does not charge the connected device:
1. The voltage of your device may not match that of the MultiPowerbox.
Check the user manual supplied with the device that you are charging.
ot 2. The device is not correctly connected to the charger. Please check
en all connections.
3. The USB cable or the connectors are damaged.
4. Ensure you are using the correct connector for your device.
5. The Multipowerbox battery is not charged. Recharge it.
6. You may be using a USB cable/connector that is non-compatible.
Only use the cables and connectors supplied with the MultiPowerbox.
7.The safety switch may have activated. Press the reset button.

The MultiPowerbox discharges rapidly:
8. The USB charger was not completely charged at the time of use.
Ensure that you fully recharge the MultiPowerbox before use.

The MultiPowerbox does not charge:
9. The MultiPowerbox may not correctly connected to the wall soc-
er ket. Ensure, that the MultiPowerbox is correctly connected.
10. The electric circuit of the MultiPowerbox may be faulty. Contact
your retailer.
y 11. The safety switch may have activated. Press the reset button.

MAINTENANCE

When you are not using the USB charger for a long period of time,
recharge it once every 3 months.
Use a soft lint free cloth to clean the surface of the USB charger. Do
not use chemical products, cleaning solvents or detergents.
