The laser can be set up or fastened on the ceiling, wall or any suitable beam.
• If you want to install the laser, drive a srew with a suitable head into the installation surface and
hang the laser onto it with its mounting hole in the arm of the mounting bracket.
• The screw should suit the installation surface and carry the weight of the laser.
• When installing it, make sure that the device cannot swing freely .
• Secure the installation with an additional suitable safety restraint cable or net. The safety
restraint cable or net must be able to support the light effect device in the event of a fault in the
main support system.
Controls and Parts
1
(1) Connecting socket DC 6V
(2) Microphone for music control
(3) Laser outlet - Attention, here the laser beam is released
(4) MOTOR CONTROLLER
(5) MUSIC/AUTO Switch
(6) STROBOFLASH CONTROLLER
(7) Functional switch 1-2-3
Connecting the Power Adaptor
The mains socket, to which the laser is connected, must be easily accessible
so the device can be quickly separated from the mains voltage in the case of
a fault.
Do not let the mains cable come into contact with other cables.
Be careful when handling the mains cables and main connectors. Mains volt-
age can give severe electric shocks, which can be fatal.
Do not leave the cables trailing free; route them in an orderly and profes-
sional way to prevent accidents.
• Plug the enclosed power adaptor's low-voltage plug into the DC 6V (1) connecting socket on
the side of the device.
• Plug the power supply unit into a wall socket.
Operation
The desired operation mode is selected by means of the functional switch 1-2-3 (7) and the
MUSIC/AUTO (5) switch:
Functional switch 1-2-3 (7)
1
Use the STROBOFLASH CONTROLLER (6) to set the fl ash laser effect and fl ash-
ing frequency.
2
Use the MOTOR CONTROLLER (4) to set the continuous laser effect and rotation
speed of the laser effect.
3
The device is switched off.
MUSIC/AUTO Switch (5)
MUSIC
The laser effect is controlled by the beat of the music.
AUTO
The light effect is now controlled via the integrated controller.
Handling
• Never switch the laser effect device on and off at short intervals. This will considerably reduce
the working life of the device.
• The device is not suitable for continuous use. Pauses in operation increase the working life of
the product.
• Never switch on the device immediately after it has been taken from a cold into a warm envi-
ronment. The condensation that forms might damage your unit.
Allow the device to reach room temperature before switching it on. Wait until the condensation
has evaporated.
• To ensure suffi cient ventilation, do not cover the device. In addition, the air circulation must not
be obstructed by objects such as magazines, tablecloths, curtains or similar.
