We are glad that you decided to purchase this high-value item. For sure you, too, will be
enthusiastic about its easy operation and the great variety of possible uses: You can use it for
contact grilling, for grilling au gratin and also invite for a Barbecue - when using the appliance
opened up. To make sure that you will have lots of pleasure with your Multi/Comfort Grill for a
long time, we ask you to carefully read and to follow these notes.

For Your Safety:

- Make sure the mains voltage is in conformity with the details on the rating plate.
Only connect to an AC outlet.
- Put the appliance on a heat-resistant, solid and even base. Keep the space above the
appliance free; the lateral distance to all walls has to be 10 cm at least. Ensure free air
circulation.
- Only operate the appliance with the grill plates clicked shut.
- Attention: In use surfaces get hot. Mind the risk of burning when touching the appliance!
- Never leave the appliance unattended when operating it and do not use it for heating up
rooms. Improper use will result in loss of warranty.
- Children are not aware of the dangers which might occur when using electrical appliances.
For this reason never leave children unattended when operating electrical appliances.
- The power supply cord - like those of other neighbouring electrical appliances - must not
touch any hot parts of the appliance during operation.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water and make sure no steam or water will enter the
appliance from below.
- The safest way to switch off the appliance is to unplug it.
- The Multi/Comfort Grill is in compliance with the relevant safety regulations. It may only be
repaired by specialist shops. Inappropriate repairs may result in considerable danger for
the user.
