17. Maintenance and Cleaning

The product does not require any maintenance. You should never open or disassemble it. Only a professional or professional repair shop should
attempt to repair the device.
A dry cloth is sufficient to clean the product.

18. Disposal

a) General information
Electronic devices must not be disposed of in the domestic waste.
Please dispose of the device, when it is no longer of use, according to the current statutory requirements.
b) Batteries and rechargeable batteries
You, as end user are under legal obligation (Battery Regulation) to take back all used batteries and rechargeable batteries, to
dispose of them via domestic waste is not permitted!
Batteries containing hazardous substances are labelled with the adjacent symbol. This symbol also indicate that disposal of these
batteries in the household waste is prohibited. The designations for the relevant heavy metals are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury,
Pb=lead (the designation is written on the rechargeable battery e.g. under the rubbish can symbol depicted at the left).
You can hand in your used batteries/rechargeable batteries at your local official collection points at no cost, at our outlets or everywhere
where batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
