Check that you are using ground coffee suitable for espresso makers. Press the coffee more
G
lightly in the filter and change the grind if necessary.
Clean the holes in the spouts

Clean as indicated in the cleaning section.

Press the tank lightly so as to open the valve at the bottom
G
Dismantle the crema device and clean parts thoroughly. See Cleaning (filter) section.

Refit the filter holder, making sure it is located correctly and turn to the right.

Get the gasket replaced. Refer to Service and Customer Care.

Clean the holes in the spouts.

Decrease the quantity of coffee.

Follow instructions on pre heating the coffee machine.

Wait until the green coffee indicator light stops flashing before pressing the coffee button.
