7 Operating the leak detector
7.1

Before initial use

NOTE
Insert the batteries (fig. 1 3, page 2) before you use the device
for the first time.
7.2 Switching on the leak detector
➤ Press the start button (fig. 2 4, page 2) to switch on the device.
✓ The device regenerates the sensor for 35 seconds.
✓ The LED bar graph lights up several times from left to right.
✓ It emits one beep. The device is ready to use.
The device switches off automatically if it is not used for 10 minutes.
