Problem
Power indicator is not lit.
No start-up interface.
Can see start-up interface
but could not play (when
a card is inserted).
The order of files is not
what I wanted.
Can not watch digital
TV (when antenna is
connected).
Notice about memory card: Since there are many brands of memory cards, please
test the compatibility on the spot when you purchase the memory cards. This product
could not support pirate cards. If the memory card is correctly inserted, and the start-
up interface is displayed but the product can not read the card, please turn off and
restart the product, or format the card and re-copy files.

Cause
Power is off or power

AC adapter is not well

The order of files is
sorted by file name.
Numbers have higher
priority than alphabets.

Solution
Check whether the AC adapter is
well connected and power supply is
normal.
Check whether the AC adapter is well
connected and make sure the product
is powered on normally.
Insert the card correctly; format the
card before copy files, or replace with
a new card.
Rename the files.
1) Move the antenna close to window
and continue adjusting the position
for best reception.
2) You need to scan channels before
use. Make sure the area setting is
correct before scanning.
