Installation with Screw Connection 1077.100
The description of the installation is based on the
assumption that the knowledge of a plumber is
given in handling the materials (adhesives) used
as well as in employing the tools used. Prior to
the installation, these instructions have to be read
through completely ! The manufacturing company
shall not assume any liability for damage caused by
inexpert or wrong installation.
Central Overflow 1077 requires a glass borehole
in the aquarium bottom of about 55 mm (2.1 in.) in
diameter.
Place the Screw Connection 1077.100 with thread
in the borehole (1). Caution ! The black gasket is
fitted on the inside of the aquarium (2) whereas the
white plastic ring is placed on the outside side (3).
Screw the screw connection into the glass borehole
tightly.
Cut the standpipe, diam. 40 mm (1.57 in.) to the
correct length and use a PVC adhesive (such as
Tangit, article No. 104.71) to attach the unit in the
screw connection.
If Outlet Hose 1075/2 is used, a PVC adhesive
should be used to attach a pipe socket to the
outside of the screw connection.
Use a PVC adhesive to attach Central Overflow
1077 to the PVC pipe (4).
Montage avec passe-cuve 1077.100
Ce montage demande les compétences d'un
installateur professionnel en ce qui concerne
l'usage des colles ou l'utilisation d'outillages
adaptés. Avant le début des travaux, cette notice
doit être entièrement lue ! Nous rejetons toute
responsabilité concernant des dommages dus à
une installation incorrecte ou inappropriée !
Central Overflow 1077 nécessite un perçage
ø55mm au fond de l'aquarium.
Insérez le passe-cuve 1077.100 et son filetage
dans le perçage de la cuve (1). Attention ! Le joint
d'étanchéité noir se place toujours sur la face
interne de l'aquarium (2), le joint plastique blanc sur
la face externe (3).
Vissez l'écrou fileté sur le filetage du passe-cuve.
Coupez le tuyau ø40mm à la hauteur voulue et
collez-le dans le passe-cuve à l'aide de colle PVC
(par exemple Tangit 104.71).
Si le tuyau d'évacuation 1075/2 est utilisé, il sera
nécessaire au préalable de coller un tuyau de
raccord PVC en sortie de passe-cuve à l'aide de
colle PVC.
Collez Central Overflow 1077 sur le tuyau PVC à
l'aide de colle PVC (4).
