Tasteinsatz / Dichtung auswechseln
Replace probe tip / seal
Cambio del palpador / goma de protecion

Die Dichtung öffnen und aus der Rille ziehen.
2.
Die Dichtung nach oben schieben und abnehmen.
3.
Den Tasteinsatz von Hand herausschrauben (evtl. kann er auch mit Hilfe einer kleinen
Zange gelockert werden).
4.
Den Tasteinsatz komplett heraus schrauben. Achten Sie dabei darauf, den Gewindestift
mit heraus zu schrauben.
5.
Neuen Tasteinsatz einschrauben und von Hand gut festdrehen.
6.
Die Dichtung über den Tasteinsatz ziehen.
7.
Dichtung über die Tasteinheit schieben und in die Rille verschließen.
ACHTUNG: Bitte Rundlauf überprüfen!
1.
Open the seal and remove out of the groove.
2.
Move up the seal and put it off.
3.
Unscrew the probe tip manually (if needed, the probe tip can be released with a small
plier).
4.
Unscrew the probe tip entirely and make sure that the threaded pin is unscrewed as well.
5.
Screw in the new probe tip and tighten it manually.
6.
Put the seal onto the probe tip.
7.
Slip the seal over the probing unit and close it into the groove.
ATTENTION: Please check run-out!
1.
Soltar la goma y sacarla de la ranura.
2.
Retirar la goma de proteción.
3.
Soltar el palpador a mano o con unas tenazas.
4.
Retirar el palpador y comprobar la rosca que este limpia.
5.
Roscar el nuevo palpador apretandolo a mano.
6.
Colocar la goma en el palpador.
7.
Deslizar la goma en elpalpador y colocarla en la ranura.
ATENCION: Verifi car la concentricidad.
