5.5. Inserting and removing the SD card

If no memory card is inserted, photos will be stored in the internal memory. Please note
that the capacity of the internal memory is limited.
Use an SD memory card to increase the memory capacity. If a memory card is inserted,
your photos will be stored on the card.
5.5.1. Inserting the card
 Ensure the camera is switched off.
 Move the locking latch of the battery compartment in the direction shown by the
arrow.
 Hold the locking latch in position and push the cover of the battery compartment in
the direction of the arrow. The battery compartment opens.
 Insert the card in the card slot as shown with the contacts facing upwards and ensure
that it audibly clicks into place.
