Die eingegebenen Nummern für die Softwarezähler sind wie folgt klassifiziert:
000 bis 099: Remote-Kopie
100 bis 199: Gesamtzähler
200 bis 299: Kopien
300 bis 399: Drucke
400 bis 499: Kopien plus Drucke
500 bis 599: Scans
600 bis 699: Box-Drucke
700 bis 799: Empfangsdrucke
800 bis 899: Berichtdrucke
900 bis 999: Sendung
Bedeutung der Symbole in den nachfolgenden Tabellen
• : für dieses System gültige Zähler
• 4C: vollfarbig
• mono: monochrom farbig (Y,M, C/R, G, B/coloriert)
• Bk: nur schwarz
• L: große Formate (größer als B4)
• S: kleine Formate (B4 und kleiner)
• 1,2 unter „Zählerbeschreibung": Zählschritte für große Formate
Die Aufnahme von B4 in die Kategorie der großen Formate kann im Servicemode eingestellt werden:
