Possible causes
Memory Full.

32 file system
supported only.

Delete some existing messages in the

Check that the file format can be
supported.
Check SD card file system via card reader
or format SD card using phone.
Check the setting status of sound menu
to make sure you are not in vibrate or
silent mode.
