7. OPERATION

Prior to switching on the headphones turn down the volume to avoid damage to the hearing by a volume
which is too high when switching on.

Connect the transmitter to your AV equipment and start playback.
When the transmitter receives the audio signal, the POWER LED lights green.

Press POWER to turn on the headphones.
Tune in the headphones to the frequency of the transmitter. The display indicates the channel and the
frequency. If the frequencies do not match, the receiver does not pick up the transmitter's signal. As soon
as the clearest signal is found, the POWER LED lights orange.

Adjust the volume of the AV equipment and then the headphones.
CAUTION!
Listening at high volume levels for long periods, can lead to permanent hearing defects. Turn
up the volume only far enough to hear properly.

Turn off the units
If the device is no longer used, please turn down the volume and switch it off. The POWER indicator goes
off. Stop playback on the AV equipment.
Every wireless installation is a unique situation, and can present a variety of problems. Never attempt a
live performance without first conducting a test of the system in the performing area. If major changes
(additional wireless systems or intercoms, relocation of scenery, etc.) have been made since the last test,
check the wireless system again - as close to performance time as possible.

8. PROBLEM CART

9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device. Please use a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Never use
alcohol or solvents!
There are no servicable parts inside the device except for the batteries. Maintenance and service operations
are only to be carried out by authorized dealers.
In order to replace the batteries please refer to "Inserting/exchanging batteries".
Should you need any spare parts, please use genuine parts.
Should you have further questions, please contact your dealer.
Make sure POWER switches on transmitter and receiver are on.
Check transmitter Power LED to ensure that battery is providing power.
Replace or recharge battery if necessary.
Volume is too low. Increase level.
Check for proper connection between receiver and audio source.
Signal may be too weak. If possible, move receiver closer to the transmitter.
Make sure the 12 V power unit is properly connected to the transmitter and the
receiver is turned on.
that the receiver is in the line of sight of the transmitter. If necessary, reduce
the distance between transmitter and receiver.
Check transmitter Power LED to ensure that battery is providing power.
Replace or recharge battery if necessary.
Wrong frequency setting. Adjust frequency until you get a clear signal
Two transmitters may be operating on the same frequency. Change frequency
of one system or increase the distance between both systems.
