Griff zurück ziehen und die Kolbenstange in der hinteren Position arretieren.
Pull the holder back and clamp the piston rod in the rare position.

Zylinder von dem Pressenkopf abschrauben.
Unscrew the cylinder from the head of the gun.

Leere Kartusche entfernen.
Remove empty cartridge.

Hintere Abdeckkappe von der vollen Kartusche wegnehmen.
Remove the rear cap of the full grease cartridge.

Neue Kartusche einführen, offene Seite voran.
Insert the cartridge by the part without cover at the head.
Vordere Abdeckkappe von der vollen Kartusche wegnehmen.

Remove the front cap of the full grease cartridge.

Zylinder und Pressenkopf zusammenschrauben.
Screw the cylinder back onto the gun.

Entlüftungsventil öffnen.
Open the air release valve.

Kolbenstange ausrasten und zurückschieben in den Zylinder.
Pull the handle with the piston rod out the catch and let it slide completely into the cylinder.

Einige Hebelbewegungen ausführen bis das Fett konstant austritt.
Move the lever until the grease flows out of the hydraulic connector.

Entlüftungsventil schließen.
Close the release valve.
VORSICHT / CAUTION
Ein Befüllen mittels Hochdruckschmieranlagen, ist wegen der Berstgefahr verboten.

Because of the danger of bursting, a filling from the barrel with a high pressure
lubricating system is forbidden.

HINWEIS
Wenn möglich sollte bei den Handhebelpressen für Fette,
wegen Lufteinschlüssen, darauf verzichtet werden die Presse
von Hand zu füllen.
NOTE
If its possible we disadivise to fill the hand lever pumps for
grease manually, because of the air inclusion in the grease.
