Press the Pump with filler cap on the counterpart from the filler pump.

Fill the grease gun with steady pump movements .

Sobald die Einschnürung der Kolbenstange ersichtlich ist oder der Gegendruck stark ansteigt und
ein Pumpen unmöglich ist, ist die Presse gefüllt.
As soon as the constriction is visible or the counter pressure rise strong and no pumping is possible
anymore, the pump is filled.

Presse von dem Abfüllgerät nehmen.
Take the pump from the filler pump.

Entlüftungsventil der Presse öffnen
Open the air release valve from the pump

Kolbenstange oder Kette in den Zylinder schieben, bis das System entlüftet ist und das Fett
konstant austritt.
Push the piston rod or the chain in the cylinder until the system is free from air pockets and the
grease flows out constantly.

Entlüftungsventil schließen

Griff zurück ziehen und die Kette in der hinteren Position arretieren.
Pull the holder back and clamp the chain in the rare position.

Zylinder von dem Pressenkopf abschrauben.
Unscrew the cylinder from the head of the gun.

Zylinder mit Öl befüllen.
Cylinder filled with oil.

Zylinder und Pressenkopf zusammenschrauben und Kette ausrasten.
Screw the cylinder back onto the head of the gun and loosen the chain.

Entlüftung öffnen, bis konstant Öl austritt, anschliessend Entlüftung schliessen.
Open the air release until the oil flows out constantly, after that close the air release.
