Connection diagram
The electronic equipment permits two distance controls to be implemented.
This package does not include the following components: Sensor S2 (Art. No. 161773) and stop point M2 (Art. No. 161775).
Mounting instructions -
B, D.
Stop coil mounting
1. Stop point
2. Stop point built in:
B, E.
Sensor mounting
1. Drill 2,9-mm hole
2. Mount sensor
3. Finish carriageway
Note:
Technical data:
161678 distance control
161673 Sensor
161675 Stop point
IMPORTANT :
To be mounted below the model plate as specified in the instructions.
HINT:
Drill a small hole of approx. 1.2 .. 1.5 mm into the model plate for correct alignment
of the centre point of the stop point.
Test direction of magnetic field!
HINT:
North pole will be on top, if the sliding magnet is in the repelled state with the stop point activated.
The terminal connections must be reversed, if the sliding magnet is attracted.
ATTENTION:
Make sure that the drilled hole must be at centre relative to the contact wire;
Surface rectangularly to the traffic direction.
Insert contact wire, grout it, apply carriageway paint also over the sensor.
ATTENTION:
Lay contact wire up to sensor casing only.
For increased operational reliability, avoid mounting of sensors in curves.
