Troubleshooting

To navigate within the menu:
Briefly press the button.

When the last entry is reached, the next button press will go back
up to the top.
To confirm in the selected function / input:
Press and hold the button.

To exit the menu:
In the submenus, select the Back menu option.

In the main menu, select the Measuring menu option.

To change values:
1. Tap the button until you reach the required setting.
2. Press the button to confirm the setting.
5 Troubleshooting
An error message is displayed in the event of instrument faults. The
number that appears below the message is used for service functions.
If the fault remains after switching on and off several times, contact
DrägerService or your dealer.

Instrument cannot
be switched on.
Volume too low /
sample invalid.
Instrument outside

Cause
Battery drained.
Test subject is blowing
intermittently or not
hard enough.
Instrument too hot or
too cold.
Remedy
Contact DrägerService
or dealer.
Blow more strongly and
without interruptions
into the mouthpiece.
Allow the instrument to
cool down or become
warmer.
