If you have chosen a directory, if available,
press the RECALL button to return to the next
higher directory.
Take size into consideration when saving your
image files, as pictures that are too large may
be displayed either very slowly or not at all. At
best, the size of the pictures equals the size of
the picture format of the reproducer. Usually,
this size of TVs is 1024x576 pixels (aspect ratio
16:9) or 768x576 (aspect ratio 4:3).
Please note that any conversion usually leads
to information loss with regard to the original
format.

PVR Function

You can record shows to a connected USB storage
device. To do this, while watching a show, press the
"● REC" button.
Only FAT 32 formatted USB storage devices
with adequate speed are supported.
During PVR recording, it is impossible to
change the programme location. Recording is
done in .ts format. The file cannot be edited on
a PC.
If you want to stop recording early, press the
"STOP" button.
Confirm the prompt with the "OK" button.
PVR (recording menu)
The PVR menu shows you the recordings that are
on the connected USB storage device.
Insert the USB storage device directly into the
port provided.
In the "USB" main menu, call up the "Multimedia"
submenu.
Use the "M CH-, LCH+" arrow keys to select the
file that you want to play.
Press the "OK" button
Depending on the size of the file, it can take
a while before playing begins. "Init....." appears
on the screen.
Playback starts in the preview pane. With the red
button, you can switch between the thumbnail and
the full image.
Press the í STOP button to end playback.
With the REV or
launch a quick search. Press the key again to
switch between the speeds 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x and
32x. When you reach the place you have been
searching for, press the
again.
With the I PREV or
move to the previous or next file.

The "II PAUSE" button freezes playback. A still
picture will be shown. Press the
play again.
PVR, renaming recordings
In the PVR menu, select the file that you want to
rename.
Press the green button. A keyboard appears.
Use the arrow keys and "OK" to select each
character for the new description.
You can use the "Caps Off" field to switch
between capital and lower-case letters.
To delete the letters already entered, select the
"Back" field and press the "OK" button.
To accept the new description, select the "OK"
field and press the "OK" button. The "Keyboard"
window goes away.
PVR, deleting recordings
In the PVR menu, select the file that you want to
delete.
Press the yellow button. The file will be highligh-
ted.
Press the "OK" button. A security prompt appears.
Press the "OK" button again to delete the file.
Depending on the size of the file, it can take a
while to delete it. "Please wait..." appears on
the screen.
Formatting a USB storage device
Please note that formatting completely erases
all data on the storage device. Back up your
data, if necessary.
Insert the USB storage device directly into the
port provided.
In the "USB" main menu, call up the "PVR
Configure" submenu.
Here select the "Format" submenu. The device
reads the connected USB storage device. This
can take a moment.
Press the "OK" button to format the USB device.
Confirm the security prompt by pressing "OK".
"Please wait..." appears on the screen.
Once formatting ends, the message "Formatting
is complete" appears.
To leave the menu, press the "EXIT" key repeatedly.
